The market is extremely complex right now, as it probably always is, and you want an A+ agent / firm that knows their stuff and has the experience, marketing, negotiations, professionalism, legal team, contractor / supplier relationships, ability to execute, etc. that allow the seller to focus on the critical issues and make decisions accordingly. I wish Courtney was active in the area we moved, because we'd love to work with her again in the future.
